Our client, a major organization (based in Brussels) in the financial services sector is looking for a freelance Business Analyst for the following mission:

The Finance Division urgently seeks an expert in process optimization and citizen development, to lead viable, efficient, and effective solutions implementation for internal customers.

The ideal candidate must combine a good mix of process analysis and tech savvy.

We are looking for a functional and technical analyst who will

• Translate business process and operation issues into improvement opportunities

• Propose technical development to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing process

• identify the weaknesses and possible improvements

• Create solution end-to-end with the internal clients with a Minimum viable product mindset

• Document the new and existing macro and technical solution to ensure long term sustainability and maintenance

• Provide ‘on request’ support to business users of the existing macros

Technology skills:

– MS-Excel advance and VBA coding (required)

– Microsoft Power suite (Power apps and Power automate) (required)

– Power BI and SQL is a plus (not required)

– IT Infrastructure and coding is a plus (not required)

You have a strong and proven experience with above technologies. Microsoft certifications in the area is a plus (DA-100, PL-300, AZ900, PL-900).

Responsibilities include:

• Solution build, test & deployment

• Propose minimum viable product

• Document solutions

• Process designing and visualisation

• Maintenance and support on demand

• synchronizing the various expert people

• carrying out risk & benefit assessments

• monitoring stakeholders to ensure guidelines are maintained and quality is delivered (if needed is hands on to make it happened)

• coordinate the change management requested for the operational readiness

Hybrid working in Brussels is required
