I’m currently looking for an experienced HR / Service Now Project Manager to support a client of mine with a global transformation project
The contractor will be in charge of defining :
– Project Vision
– Expected business outcomes
– High-level project timeline
– Project organization
– Work-in-progress As-Is process definition
– To-be process definition
– Work-in-Progress Product backlog
– Solution design
Skills and experience:
· Experience working remotely with an international team spread all around the world
· Experience implementing transformation change at an international company
· Knowledge of ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding best practices, processes and systems
· Experience with implementation of ServiceNow Employees Workflows supporting ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding processes
· Proven experience with driving & leading change
· Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM & HR Service Delivery workflows, Knowledge management, Community of interests, Virtual agent with NLU, Case management, Journey Accelerator, ML, Step-by-step navigation, process mining, CSAT, NPS, Analytics, Mobile version and ServiceNow Integration and automation capabilities
· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with business outcome mindset to drive and lead change adoption and approaches resistance to change with facts and objectivity
· Excellent written & verbal communication
· Fluent in English. French is a plus
· Experience working in an Agile, DevOps environment
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office and collaboration tools
