One of our clients based in Belgium is looking for an interim Project Manager for a European HCM deployment (PeopleSoft 9.2).

Prior systems analysis, implementation and/or systems conversion experience is required, preferably with an enterprise wide HRIS System such as PeopleSoft.

The role requires solid hands-on experience with HRIS integration, with the following scope:

  • requirement gathering for the IT and Implementation project teams
  • managing Pre-Discovery and Discovery phases for several locations across Europe
  • supporting the adoption of the HCM governance framework
  • delivering guidelines, documentation and end-user training and support
  • effective communication with all stakeholders in HR and IT teams
  • reviewing and assessing impact of upgrade releases from software vendor
  • managing automation projects, including HR forms, process improvement, new data integration

Working protocol: hybrid

Contract duration: 6+ months
