For a world leading Medical Devices company, EDR is currently searching for an experienced IT Director to lead global Service Delivery.

Our client, following a period of significant organic and inorganic growth, is about to enact a global initiative that will define the strategic insourcing of key IT services – many of which are currently outsourced.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key program and department that will affect real organisational change.

The ideal candidate will have many years of experience in Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement programs either client or vendor side.

Some to the topics you will cover are:

• Management and reshuffle of current vendors
• Implementation of RPA and incident automation
• ITSM platform implementation, ServiceNow implementation
• Full Service Delivery cost management and board level reporting

You will also be responsible for building a world class international IT Service Delivery team as a host of currently outsourced support and delivery functions are transitioned in-house.
