Our client is an Oracle focussed enterprise software solutions provider focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing. They are looking for a New Business Development Director.

The tasks of the successful candidate will include:

Developing a deep understanding of the solutions that are underpinned by Oracle Cloud and other adjacent technologies

Preparing business development plan aligned to organizational financial plans

Building a leads and prospects database and target account profiles

Developing and managing to closure a pipeline of sales opportunities

Requirements:

Pro – activity

Excellent Communication and influencing skills at different levels

10+ years of new business development and sales experience, preferably in an IT services and enterprise solutions industry

Good understanding of products and manufacturing industry challenges

Strong negotiation skills

Proven track record of revenue achievement against target

High personal integrity

Attention to detail and an analytical approach
