Our client is an Oracle focussed enterprise software solutions provider focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing. They are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join their sales team.
The tasks of the successful candidate will include:
Developing a deep understanding of the solutions that are underpinned by Oracle Cloud and other adjacent technologies
Execution of business development plan aligned to organizational financial plans
Developing and managing to closure a pipeline of sales opportunities
Pro – activity
Excellent Communication and influencing skills at different levels
8-10 years of new business development and sales experience, preferably in an IT services and enterprise software industry
Good understanding of products and manufacturing industry challenges
Strong negotiation skills
Proven track record of revenue achievement against target
High personal integrity
Attention to detail and an analytical approach
