EDR is currently looking for 1 experienced consultant to join one of the Big 4 in the way of helping on a new implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud in Italy.

TASKS :

Prepare and execute co-design and prototyping workshops on Oracle HCM;

Collect customers’ functional and process requirements on Oracle HCM solutions;

Follow configuration, testing and deployment activities of the Oracle HCM solution;

Manage end-user training by supporting the customer end to end;

Coordinate the activities of more junior colleagues over time.

Knowledge and experience of Oracle HCM solutions;

Knowledge of HR management systems;

Knowledge of programming languages – big advantage
